Returning to the place they once called their second home—the alumnae were given a sense of comfort in the fact that this school will forever be where they grew up. These activities help us see the greatness that influences each SHSian as they step in and out of the school campus.

Returning to our roots allows us to fuel the fire of the holy spirit universally.

The School Fair, Indhana, commenced on April 12-13, 2024. Alumnae activities were held on account of the talents and knowledge honed by SHSians throughout the years.

To honor skills honed, the alumnae truly displayed this through these events. Organized by SHSQC’s very own coach, Itzie Aguila of Batch ‘27, the opening game of the Alumnae Basketball League was held on April 13, 2024, during the school fair and will continue for several Saturdays to come.

Separated into different teams of black, maroon, and white, the alumni were once again playing under the same roof. Additionally, to conclude Arts Month, the Arts and Music Department held an Art Exhibit to present as a culminating finale, headed by Mrs. Manlapaz of Batch ‘97. This exhibit was displayed to honor the talents honed not only by present students, yet those who were able to venture to great things throughout the years.

In the spirit of generosity, graduates took part in the Alumnae Booth to raise funds for the Educational Assistance Program led by the SHSQCAA. The products they sold allowed us to unleash our school spirit wherever we go. Batch ‘99 had stationary and SHS-themed stickers; Batch ‘98 sold their limited-edition Adidas Superstar shoes, as well as the SHSQCAA Truth in Love shirts designed by a graduate of the batch; and Batch ‘94 with their fans designed by an alumna.

SHSQC Batch 1999 alumnae are the celebrating Silver Jubilarians. Their main program is for the Health Assistance of the Teachers. They turned over the funds of P 160,500.00 to the school. A turnover lunch was hosted for them to show their appreciation for those who helped us grow.
